Samantha Curling: Chairwoman
Samantha has over 35 years of industry experience. After qualifying as an Architectural Technologist, she went on to study BCom accounts, LLM Construction Contract Law & Arbitration and Estate Agency.
Samantha owned and managed six companies and was an associate in a seventh. For several years she ran four companies simultaneously, leading a team of fifteen designers, inspectors, project managers, and estate agents.
Samantha’s career reflects her unwavering dedication to the residential built environment, focusing on delivering exceptional results and advancing industry standards.

Christopher Greenwood: Vice Chair
Chris is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in residential construction, having held various management roles across both small and large construction companies. His career has been marked by a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and driving positive change within the new-build sector.
He is a Tech Member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) and holds an NVQ Level 6 qualification in Construction Management and Building and Civil Engineering. Currently, Chris serves as the Director and Owner of CG New Build Snagging, a company based in Lincolnshire, dedicated to ensuring new build homes meet the highest standards through professional snagging services.

Adam Tonge
Adam studied a Bachelor’s degree in Construction & Project Management, before joining the industry in 2017.
Adam is now a director/co-owner of a small snagging company based in Yorkshire, covering a large area of the North regions of the country. He also remains employed as a new build site manager, which is a strategic advantage for keeping up with all the changes in industry standards, and the responsibilities of developers.
